Key Responsibilities:
As a Seasonal Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in daily kitchen operations:
7. Support the Head Chef with day-to-day running of the kitchen
8. Lead service and ensure consistent food quality
9. Supervise and motivate the kitchen team
10. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
11. Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Seasonal Sous Chef, you’ll need:
12. Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
13. Confidence in leading a team in a busy kitchen
14. A passion for fresh, seasonal food
15. Strong organisational and communication skills
16. Reliability and commitment for the full seasonal period
