The Role
You'll be the friendly face of fatjoe for our clients making sure they're onboarded smoothly, getting value from our services, and spotting opportunities for growth. This means:
* Running consultative onboarding calls
* Helping clients hit their goals with the right services
* Driving conversions and upsells
* Re-engaging past clients and building long-term relationships
What We're Looking For
* 12+ months in client success, account management, or sales
* A people-first mindset with strong communication skills
* Comfortable running video calls and managing a busy schedule
* Proactive, positive, and commercially sharp
* Must be able to travel to events (all costs covered)
* Bonus: SEO knowledge of 1 year+
Your working day
* Monday-Friday: 12pm–8pm
* Hybrid - WFH and also from our office in Cannock once a week preferred
