Hours: Rotating Shifts - 6am - 2.30pm and 9.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday

Your skills / background: Administration, Inbound and Outbound Coordination, EHSQ, SAP.
As Inventory / Shift Desk Controller, you will coordinate all inbound and outbound materials from gate entrance to exit, including weighbridge duties, driver inductions, and safety documentation. Ensuring safe procedures are followed at all times is your responsibility.
This key role connects all departments to support the safe and efficient operation of the site.
What your day might look like:
* Processing inbound and outbound transactions
* Raising purchase orders
* Producing picklists, delivery notes, and inputting data into SAP
* Completing tanker loading and discharge documentation
* Supporting the Incident Controller with emergency procedures
* Completing Dangerous Goods Notes
* Operating the Main Gate and access control
* Communicating with the production team via radio
* Operating the onsite weighbridge
* Processing HMRC documentation for product movements
* Assisting with Driver Inductions
* Conducting weekly audits
* Supporting EHSQ policies on site
About you:
* Self-motivated and a team player
* Excellent organizational skills
* Accurate with numbers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of SAP is a plus but not required
