Assistant Manager
Competitive salary based on experience.
Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Help create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and the team.
- Collaborate with the senior manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Train and supervise employees.
-Ensure that the food and service quality is always outstanding.
- Run outstanding shifts
Qualifications:
- Experience as a supervisor or assistant manager within a like for like site
- Outstanding customer service skills to provide the best guest experience.
- A strong financial awareness to comply with all the financial reporting, P&L's, KPIs, stock control, and audits.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure nothing goes unnoticed. - Strong organizational skills to keep things running smoothly. - The ability to use diverse IT systems to manage operations efficiently. - Experience leading people to motivate and manage the team effectively.
