Eliana Bilingual Nursery is looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team at our bilingual nursery in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years. As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play an essential role in creating an engaging and supportive environment that promotes children's development, learning, and well-being. You will have the chance to lead activities that foster both emotional and social growth while encouraging linguistic skills in both English and French. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and will use this knowledge to inspire creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in every child. Responsibilities
* Design and deliver age-appropriate learning activities that promote holistic development in children.
* Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children in your care.
* Observe and document children's progress to ensure their individual needs are met.
* Support parents and families by providing regular feedback about their child's growth and learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues to implement the nursery's curriculum and adhere to nursery policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
* Participate in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a distinct advantage.
* Ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
