You will also advise the Single Lead Employer Team responsible for Resident Doctors, pre-registration dentists and pre-registration pharmacists in NHS Wales. Your responsibilities include continuously improving standards of professional practice, developing an organisational culture that supports engagement, and promoting excellence in the provision of services throughout the organisation and, with the Chief Medical Officer and peers, across NHS Wales.
Interview Process
There will be a two-stage recruitment process including a presentation with a stakeholder panel followed by a formal panel interview. These stages will take place on separate days and may be conducted virtually, depending on circumstances.
