Job Title: Internal Account ManagerRole Overview
We are looking to recruit a driven and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and developing your own portfolio of customer accounts, delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to grow and retain business.
This is a varied role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing account support
* Identify opportunities to retain and grow accounts through service-led solutions
* Supply a broad range of products to a diverse customer base
* Oversee and manage customer orders from placement through to delivery
* Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve individual and team targets

Experience

* Full training will be provided for the right candidate
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £19,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
