Salary: up to£54,000
Peaple Talent are currently working alongside a world-class research and development business in Bristol that are expanding and looking for an IT Project Manager to join the team.
The Role:
* Support IT governance by checking that non-functional requirements are included in project documents and procurement plans.
* Lead the creation of strong business cases and clear requirements for complex projects and programmes.
* Use business analysis tools to find solutions to complex problems, ensuring all viewpoints, policies, and regulations are considered.
* Make sure project outcomes meet stakeholder needs and any process changes are well documented and understood.
The Candidate:
* Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, with involvement in projects across IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery.
* Experience in supporting or delivering business change initiatives.
* Good understanding of Waterfall and Agile project approaches.
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills.
*Please note, you must be willing/eligible to go through SC Clearance.
The Package:
Base salary: up to £54,000
* Pension contribution up to 12.5%
* 25 days holiday
