We oversee project activities such as requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing, deployment, and review. We coordinate projects involving software development, hardware engineering, system integration, deployment of off-the-shelf technologies, and bespoke technical solutions. We ensure risks are understood and managed throughout delivery. We help realise project benefits and ensure outputs meet operational needs. We provide leadership and delivery assurance to inspire confidence in stakeholders and senior leaders.
