Head of Civil/Structural Engineering Adlington Permanent Competitive Package We're looking for a strategic and technically strong Head of Civil/Structural Engineering to lead the delivery of civil and structural design across a range of complex projects, bids, and studies. This is a key leadership role — ensuring designs meet the highest standards in safety, compliance, efficiency, and quality, while also supporting resource management and acting as a subject matter expert within the business.
