The Role As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing and supporting client accounts and internal processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll act as the first point of contact for clients, provide guidance where needed and make sure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Manage client queries via phone and email, providing clear and professional responses. Support internal teams by collating and maintaining accurate records, reports and customer data. Assist with client related administrative tasks, ensuring all submissions and documentation are complete and accurate. Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases and shared systems (including Excel) to ensure seamless workflow. Monitor shared inboxes, track follow ups and make sure nothing slips through the net. Support audits and quality checks, providing feedback and ensuring clients meet required standards. Contribute ideas to improve processes, resources and the overall customer experience. Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth communication and high quality service delivery. About You Experience in an administrative, customer service, or support role. Highly organised, detail oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Confident communicator, able to provide clear guidance and support. Proficient with IT and comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Proactive, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver excellent service.
