Leading day-to-day spa operations with precision and excellence.
Building strong professional relationships across departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and maintaining the highest business standards.

Strategically managing spa operations within budgetary limits while maximizing cost-effectiveness.
Conducting regular spa inspections to maintain top-tier cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards.

As Spa Manager, you will:
Ensure strict compliance with health & safety protocols, including fire safety and hazardous substance handling.
Guarantee all staff are trained and qualified to provide treatments and classes safely.
Take full responsibility for Health & Safety within the spa department.
Your Knowledge & Expertise: To excel in this role, you must have:
A deep understanding of treatment procedures and spa products, tailoring services to meet each client’s unique needs.
Proficiency in Fire, Health, and Safety Procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
Proven experience in managing a spa, demonstrating strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and determination to drive success.

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (minimum requirement)
Spa Management qualification (preferred but not essential)
Experience running a spa with a strong focus on leadership and operations
