Key Responsibilities:
1. Support students with SEN on a one-on-one or small group basis
2. Adapt lessons and activities to meet individual needs
3. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging confidence and growth
4. Work flexibly across different schools and classrooms, bringing creativity and calm to each new challenge
What We’re Looking For:
5. Passion for supporting children with SEN
6. Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings
7. Creative, patient, and proactive approach to problem-solving
8. Experience in SEN (or a strong interest in learning)
9. Professionalism, reliability, and great communication skills
