Bristol Audi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Managerto support our Aftersales Department. Working closely with the Aftersales Manager, you will play a key role in leading a busy, high-performing team, ensuring we build lasting customer relationships and deliver a seamless, premium experience worthy of the Audi brand.
The Role
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer care and operational excellence across our Front of House and Service teams. Your key duties will include:
* Managing and controlling customer flow to ensure every visitor enjoys a smooth and positive experience.
* Organising and guiding the Front of House team to ensure customers transition comfortably through each stage of their visit.
* Monitoring customer satisfaction reports and implementing improvements where needed.
* Coaching, motivating, and developing team members to achieve their best.
* Acting as a point of contact for customer queries, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
* Supporting the Aftersales Manager with the daily running of the Front of House and Service teams.
* Building strong, professional relationships with both staff and customers.
* This would suit a senior Service Advisor looking for progression.
