The Role
We are working with a leading UK law firm, recognised in the Legal 500 and consistently ranked among the Sunday Times Top 100 companies to work for, to expand their London-based agricultural team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions within the Food and Agribusiness sector. The role offers a competitive salary well above NQ levels (starting at £85K) and an extensive benefits package.
You will handle a wide range of matters, including:
* Investment sales and purchases for corporate landowners, educational institutions, and charities
* Sale and purchase of agricultural land, farms, estates, and equine properties
* Agricultural and business tenancies
* Farming partnerships
* Renewable energy projects
* Mineral leases
* Refinancing transactions for rural businesses and landowners
You Will Bring
* 2+ years PQE in agricultural property or rural real estate law
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Ability to manage your own caseload and build client relationships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
