Salary: 80000 - 150000

We are seeking an exceptional Environmental Law expert to join our innovative legal team driving strategic environmental legal services and sustainable development solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Environmental Law Strategy: Providing strategic advice on complex environmental regulatory compliance; supporting sustainable development initiatives; developing comprehensive environmental governance frameworks; managing high‑stakes environmental litigation; advising on climate change and sustainability challenges; interpreting emerging environmental legislation; ensuring compliance with local and international environmental standards; supporting ESG (Environmental Social Governance) strategies; advising on renewable energy and clean technology projects; managing environmental permitting and licensing processes; delivering expert guidance to public and private sector clients; developing innovative environmental legal solutions; managing complex multi‑jurisdictional environmental challenges; supporting infrastructure and development projects; providing strategic counsel on environmental impact assessments.
* Regulatory Compliance and Governance: Interpreting emerging environmental legislation; ensuring compliance with local and international environmental standards; supporting ESG strategies; advising on renewable energy and clean technology projects; managing environmental permitting and licensing processes.
* Client Advisory Services: Delivering expert guidance to public and private sector clients; developing innovative environmental legal solutions; managing complex multi‑jurisdictional environmental challenges; supporting infrastructure and development projects; providing strategic counsel on environmental impact assessments.
* Business Development and Leadership: Building and maintaining strategic client relationships; developing new business opportunities; contributing to the firm’s environmental law practice; producing thought‑leadership content; speaking at industry conferences and events.
* Team Leadership and Mentorship: Leading and developing environmental law team; mentoring junior lawyers and associates; driving practice group innovation; contributing to the firm’s strategic direction; maintaining highest professional standards.
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with 5-10 years post‑qualification experience.
* Demonstrable expertise in environmental law.
* Strong track record of client service.
* Leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
* Comprehensive understanding of environmental regulatory frameworks, sustainable development principles, climate change legislation, ESG compliance mechanisms.
* Exceptional strategic and analytical skills.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
* Proven leadership and team management experience.
* Commercial acumen and business development skills.

* Advanced environmental law qualifications.
* Experience in renewable energy sectors.
