Cover Supervisor
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Pay: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)

The Education Network is currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school support staff looking to gain further classroom experience.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise whole classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task and work is completed in line with school expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the teacher’s absence
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Ensure a positive and productive learning environment
Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons
Support students with their learning where required
Requirements:
Experience working with young people (school, youth work, coaching, tutoring or similar)
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Confident communication and presence in front of a class
Flexible and adaptable approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)A degree is desirable but not essential. This role is particularly suited to graduates considering a career in teaching.
