Kier Group is excited to invite a talented Senior Electrical Project Engineer to become a vital part of our internal MEP business, Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME). In this role, you will collaborate with our regional construction teams to deliver exceptional MEP solutions across a diverse range of sectors.

Your Role:
As a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you will:
* Ensure all works comply with Kier standards, UK law, and project requirements, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and statutory compliance.
* Collaborate with design teams and clients to optimize designs for efficient, safe, and compliant construction.
* Manage project controls, including change, risk, opportunity, and quality assurance.
* Lead and support project team members by setting clear expectations and fostering a "one team" approach.
* Deliver projects within agreed time frames and budgets, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with commercial and quality targets.
* Maintain accurate records for electrical works and demonstrate sound decision-making aligned with commercial priorities.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek candidates who are:
* Technically astute in Electrical Services and safety, holding a relevant industry-accredited qualification.
* Possessing CSCS and SMSTS accreditation as a minimum.
* Experienced in overseeing Electrical Services installation on large-scale construction projects.
* Eligible for Security Clearance due to the nature of the project.
