Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, develop sales strategies, and build lasting client relationships that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement growth strategies targeting financial gain and enhanced customer satisfaction
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
* Schedule and lead business meetings with prospective clients to promote company products and services
* Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance with legal rules and company guidelines
* Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices to support financial tracking
* Provide reliable feedback and deliver after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty
* Mentor and develop entry-level staff into effective sales professionals through training and coaching
* Set clear goals for the development team aligned with business growth objectives and monitor progress
* Identify and develop new markets to increase sales and expand company reach
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the director to support business objectives
Required competencies and certifications
* Proven experience as a business development manager, business consultant, or in a relevant sales role
* Demonstrated sales track record with measurable results
* Proficiency in MS Office applications to support sales and reporting activities
* Proficiency in English for effective communication and negotiation
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively within business operating hours
