You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the entiresales cycle, from initial consultation through to project handover.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>TerritoryGrowth:</b> Develop and execute a business plan targeting new and existingaccounts across the South of England.</li><li><b>KeyStakeholder Engagement:</b> Pitch directly to senior decision-makers toposition the company as a trusted partner.</li><li><b>ConsultativeSelling:</b> Understand client budgets and spaces to deliver tailored,revenue-boosting design solutions.</li><li><b>Cross-TeamCollaboration:</b> Work closely with internal design, project management,and installation teams for smooth project delivery.</li><li><b>CRM& Reporting:</b> Maintain accurate client data within the CRM andprovide pipeline updates to senior management.</li><li><b>MarketPresence:</b> Attend industry networking events and maintain an up-to-dateknowledge of market trends and competitors.</li></ul><h3>What Youll Need</h3><ul><li><b>SalesTrack Record:</b> Proven experience in consultative, solution, ortechnical B2B sales.</li><li><b>SectorKnowledge:</b> Experience within indoor/outdoor play, leisure,construction, or public open spaces is highly desirable.</li><li><b>CommunicationSkills:</b> Ability to deliver impactful, technical presentations tailoredto client needs and return on investment.</li><li><b>Mobility:</b> A full driving licence, with the flexibility to travel regularly acrossthe territory for client meetings and site visits.</li><li><b>Autonomy:</b> Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortablemanaging your own diary.</li></ul></div>
