Hartmann Young are partnered with a rapidly growing Multi Omics business that have developed a multi-modal SaaS to better drug development and diagnostic data driven decision-making. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for the platform.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, with a deep understanding of the complexities of selling software solutions in a competitive market. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
* Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and sales strategy.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in SaaS sales within healthcare, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
* Deep understanding of data analytics, SaaS business models, and the healthcare/biomedical industry preferred.
* Minimum Bachelors in Life Science related degree/ Masters, PhD preferred.
