Senior QA Analyst - University of Oxford

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst who brings expertise in both functional and non-functional testing, and who's ready to take the lead on QA and testing activities, ensuring quality outcomes across a wide range of systems. Whether you're hands-on with manual testing or skilled in automation tools, your expertise will help shape the quality of our products and systems.
You will be responsible for leading QA activities, from planning to execution. You'll work independently and collaboratively, supporting colleagues across the delivery lifecycle. With a deep understanding of QA practices, you will apply a risk-based approach to testing on a diverse range of software systems—learning fast and adapting even faster.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
* Extensive experience leading product testing activities.
* A thorough understanding of functional and non-functional testing and when to deploy them.
* The ability to lead on product QA and contribute to continuous improvement workstreams.
* Experience working in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
* Proficiency with QA tools, such as Azure DevOps and ALM.
* The ability to lead and contribute to a team environment and build effective relationships with customers, users, and colleagues within the wider project team.
