Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Milton Keynes for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, creating and implementing marketing strategies, analysing market trends, training team members on sales processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients, address inquiries, and provide excellent service
* Proficient in sales and sales management strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and support team performance
* Experience in training to educate and guide staff on sales techniques and processes
* Exceptional organisational and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to work on‑site in Milton Keynes and adapt to a dynamic work environment
* Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
