About the Role
Connex Education is working with a friendly and inclusive junior school in the Slough area to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Class Teacher for a full-time, long-term supply position beginning in September 2025.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Assess and track pupil progress, adapting lessons to meet individual needs
* Support the academic, emotional, and social development of all pupils
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and leadership
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupil outcomes
Assignment Details
* Full-time role, Monday to Friday (Term time only)
* Long-term supply with the potential for a permanent role
Person Specification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
* Strong classroom management and a proactive teaching style
* Passion for supporting pupils from a range of backgrounds
* A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through Connex
