Electrical Foreman Location: Bristol, UK Employment Type: Full-time Salary: £38,000–£45,000 Join a leading building services provider as an experienced Electrical Foreman, where you will lead and coordinate electrical teams to deliver high-quality M&E projects across a variety of sectors, including industrial, commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, data centres, and energy. This role provides an opportunity to work on large-scale projects while supporting the growth of a dynamic and innovative organisation. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and direct daily activities of on-site electrical teams. Ensure all installations comply with project specifications, drawings, and Irish regulations. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow. Monitor progress, productivity, and report any issues or delays. Conduct toolbox talks and maintain high standards of health and safety. Manage materials, tools, and equipment effectively on-site. Perform quality inspections and ensure work meets required standards. Maintain accurate records of completed work and labour hours. Support planning and scheduling to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Candidate Profile: Qualified Electrician with a valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or foreman role. Strong knowledge of Irish electrical regulations and standards. Proven leadership and team management skills, including subcontractor oversight. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and schematics. Experience working on large-scale construction and building services projects.
