Senior Account Executive
Amersham | Permanent | Full Time | Hybrid (2 days office)
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join a growing commercial team. This is a client-facing role combining new business development, account management, and technical insurance expertise.
You’ll inherit a book of business and will be responsible for developing client relationships, driving growth, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
* Generate new business through networking, referrals, and research
* Manage renewals, negotiations, and policy reviews
* Provide tailored commercial insurance solutions
* Stay up to date with market and regulatory changes
* Support junior team members and maintain compliance standards
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive
* Strong new business and client retention track record
* Solid knowledge of insurance products and underwriting
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirable
* CII/ACII qualified (or working towards)
* Experience with Acturis
