Summary: We are delighted to be supporting a primary healthcare centre in their search for a Care Navigator / Receptionist. As a key point of contact for patients and visitors, the Care Navigator will provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person. This role involves managing a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment, as well as offering Front of House support to individuals who may be experiencing distress or presenting challenging behaviours.
