Support Worker Required
We are seeking a Support Worker for 20 hours a week in Litherland. A driver is essential for this role.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to individuals with diverse care needs, including Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health Concerns, Complex Care, and Substance Misuse issues.
* You must be a good communicator (verbally and in writing)
* You must be patient, confident, and enthusiastic about caring for others
* You must be able to use your own initiative
* You must be able to work as part of a team
* You must have flexibility to work a varied shift pattern to provide 24-hour support
* You must share our AFG values
We don’t ask for any other relevant training or previous career in care, as full training will be provided. You just need a willingness to learn and develop.

What are your shift patterns? We work flexible shifts, which may include Days, Waking Nights, Sleep-ins, and Weekends.
