We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join our Early Years team. The successful candidate will work alongside the Room Leader and colleagues to provide outstanding care and education for our youngest learners. You will help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported and inspired to learn and explore.
This role involves contributing to the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), observing and recording children's progress, and building positive relationships with parents and carers. You will also play a key role in ensuring the wellbeing, safeguarding and development of each child in your care.
The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years, have experience working within an EYFS setting, and demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's early learning and development. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a caring, proactive approach are essential.
The successful candidate will be:
· Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent), with sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
· Passionate about providing high-quality care and learning experiences that nurture each child's curiosity and development.
· Professional and caring, with the ability to build warm, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
· Organised and proactive, able to contribute effectively to planning, assessment, and maintaining a safe, stimulating environment.
· Committed to safeguarding and continuous professional development, upholding the highest standards of practice at all times.
