What You’ll Do ☎️ Make high-volume outbound calls to UK businesses to start commercial conversations ️ Speak with gatekeepers and decision makers to identify opportunities Request and collect commercial energy bills (gas, electricity, water) Ask effective questions to understand renewal dates, suppliers, and business needs Accurately record information in our CRM system (HubSpot) Pass fully qualified opportunities to the Corporate Pricing team Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly activity and quality targets Work closely with your Team Manager and colleagues to improve performance What You’ll Bring Confidence speaking to new people on the phone Resilience you’re comfortable with rejection and keep going A target-driven mindset and willingness to be coached Good organisation and attention to detail Basic IT skills and willingness to learn CRM systems ⚡ A strong work ethic and desire to earn commission No sales or energy experience required — full training provided.
