Were lookingfor our next expert Account Manager to join our lively team inGreat Portland Street working across several exciting clients witha focus on utilities and alcohol and reporting to one of ourAccount Directors. Based in our London office twothree days a weekwith the option to work from home therest.
As an AccountManager atCubakayouwill:
* Bea Client Servicing Pro: Serve as the main contactfor clients understanding their business objectives and goals. Youwill build and nurture longterm relationships with clients throughregular communication and meetings. Proactively address clientneeds concerns and feedback to ensure overallsatisfaction.
* Be assured inretainer and project management: You will manage thedelivery of social media projects and retainers including deliveryof social creative (alwayson and campaign) paid media activationsand influencer marketing from start to finish working withcolleagues from across the business to achieve on time on budgetand to client expectations.
* Be astickler for budget tracking and growing accounts:The sexy part of any client servicing role I think youll agree.Youll have good commercial awareness to spot opportunities toincrease revenue and growth within your portfolio of clients. Youllhelp pull together a scope of work present budget proposals andkeep track of your accounts finances as the work rollsout.
* Be an assured line manager:You will have previous experience managing anAccount Executive ensuring theyre busy daily and supporting theirdevelopment.
* Be aMotivator: You have an enterprising outlook to workenjoy managing your projects finding solutions to challenges whenthey crop up and pulling in the right people to create the bestresult.
* Be a Social MediaExpert: Knowledgeable in all things social anddigital marketing. You know your Threads from your TikTok trendingsounds can rattle off examples of social best practices and have apoint of view on the latest campaigns. You are also confident inworking with Influencers on behalf of yourclients.
Youwill bring:
* 23 yearsexperience managing social digital and influencer campaigns forwellknown brands in a clientfacing agency role ideally includingexperience working with a utilities and/or alcoholclient.
* An understanding of best practiceclient servicing from creating relationships to client managementexpectation setting communication andcorrespondence.
* Experience managing timelinesestimates budgets forecasts andinvoices.
* Passion for and knowledge of allthings social and digitalmarketing.
