Responsibilities include:
* Traveling within the Oxford-Swindon region to manage customer accounts across various industries.
* Identifying customer challenges and providing top solutions to enhance your portfolio.
* Developing and executing business plans to surpass sales and profit targets.
* Understanding customer needs, market dynamics, and competitors.
* Maintaining accurate customer records.
* Collaborating across teams to support sales objectives, including with internal account managers.
Required skills and experience:
* Experience in field sales with account management and KPI/target focus.
* Open-mindedness and adaptability to change.
* Solution-oriented approach.
* Strategic planning and thinking skills.
* Excellent relationship-building abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Salesforce CRM or B2B experience is a plus.
* A valid driving license is essential.
