Sales Administrator / Operations Assistant Salary – £27,000 - £30,000 Monday – Friday (Days) Wigan Sales Administrator / Operations Assistant · Previous experience within a similar role · Experience creating and issuing invoices and purchase orders · Ability to communicate via telephone and email · PC literate / Experience is Microsoft Office · Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities · Ability to work independently and as part of a team Sales Administrator / Operations Assistant Key Responsibilities and Duties include: · Monitor the sales inbox · Receive phone call and email enquiries · Creating and Issuing invoices when needed · Creating and Issuing purchase orders to suppliers · Complete service reports and associated paperwork · Plan out engineer’s work · Creating basic quotations for customers · Creating files following a customer’s purchase order
