Night Shift 10pm to 6am Early Friday finish
Due to on-going growth, our client, a large manufacturing business are looking to recruit a number of well versed production operators to join their team on a permanent basis.
Job Role
Ensuring compliance with the Company Environmental,?Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies, reporting any potentially dangerous issues/faults to your direct Team Leader or Production Manager including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
To ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company.
Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development.
Monitor the performance of the process ensuring maximum output is achieved at all times.
Carry out and document the correct quality control checks for each job performed, completing all production paperwork.
