Job Purpose:
* Responsible for supporting the Claims Manager with all aspects of administration daily.
The Role:
* Always investigate and resolve customer claims and queries within the Company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional approach with customers
* Create and maintain close working relationships with internal departments to work towards claims resolution
* Maintain ledgers, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
* Complete projects and resolve issues as required
* Will involve telephone contact and interaction with customers
