In this role, you will work closely with a child with severe autism, providing tailored support and building a trusting relationship that allows them to feel safe, happy, and ready to learn.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience working in EYFS or with young children
* Is calm, empathetic, and encouraging
* Has a background in care or supporting individuals with complex needs (desirable)
* Can celebrate small achievements and stay positive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
