Clubhouse Manager / Food and Beverage Manager – Stunning Golf Venue Surrey
My client is one of the UK's fastest-growing golf and hospitality operators and they now have a fantastic opportunity for a Clubhouse Manager to support the growth of their flagship venue in Surrey.
This venue in Surrey will be a community hub, engaging and supporting local people and businesses through a range of activities and initiatives. They're approach is high quality golf in a welcoming and relaxing environment. The successful Food and Beverage Manager will be supported through a comprehensive “hands on” training and development programme led by a very experienced team with decades of knowledge within the golf and hospitality sector.
As the Clubhouse Manager will oversee the entire Food and Beverage department and kitchen team, taking responsibility to ensure high standards of service are consistently delivered for both our high-volume events space and all-day dining venue.
You will be a natural host and leader supporting our young and diverse Front of House team to ensure they create wonderful memories for all our guests, whether they are dining in our casual restaurant, having a relaxing drink on the terrace, or attending an event.
You are the ultimate hospitality professional able to make each and every guest feel special and have the ability to encourage and motivate team members to do the same. Your outstanding knowledge of all things food and drink related will inspire those working with you and you will enjoy sharing your knowledge and making sure regular training and development is on the menu!
About you:
You will already have Food & Beverage management experience within Restaurant & Banqueting
You will have excellent training and communication skills
You will have experience of leading a team and will enjoy developing team members and motivating them to be their best.
You will be motivated by delivering outstanding service and enjoy building rapport with guests and colleagues.
Event management experience desirable
Most of all, you will have a professional, organised, charming and friendly approach
