Key Responsibilities:
You will work across all areas of the business and be available to support key team leaders and specialists with the below tasks. Estimated time split is 50% paid media, 20% SEO, 10% Content & Social with 30% across all other areas.
* Day -to-day management and routine optimisation of paid media campaigns across paid search and paid social.
* Support our SEO lead with routine optimisations, analysis, website updates, award entries, press releases and social SEO.
* Take ownership for the development, organisation and promotion of content for Invanity across social media, blogs, guides, whitepapers, events, podcasts and more.
* Support our Project & Account Management team with timeline management, reporting requirements and team communications.
* Support our design team with basic graphic design work, slide deck updates and more.
* Support our ABM team with account identification and cleaning, performance analysis and messaging ideation.
* Have the ability to create and install website copy based on being provided messaging frameworks and brand voice documentation.
What we need from you:
* 12 months experience working in a digital marketing agency
* 6 months experience with Google ads and meta ads - optimising and managing campaigns.
* Exceptional written communication skills (A-level English and above is required)
* An understanding of basic SEO principles
* Content creation skills across social media and wider content platforms
* Take pride in your work - be passionate about what you produce and have a desire to always deliver to the highest standards.
* Full UK Drivers licence so you can commute to the office daily.
