About the Role: We are seeking a Contracts Logistics Representative to support the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. In this role, you will work with globally recognised blue-chip customers, helping to ensure high standards of service and delivery are consistently met. You will be responsible for monitoring deliveries, managing documentation, and tracking performance against key targets to maintain customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Contract Logistics Manager, you will also provide administrative and coordination support to the wider team, playing a key role in keeping operations organised and efficient. What You'll Be Doing: Working towards and supporting key performance indicators (KPIs) Processing Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and producing related reports Making sure deliveries are completed on time and in full Managing customer returns and making sure they're handled correctly Providing general admin support to the Contract Logistics Manager Keeping records accurate and up to date Helping resolve any delivery or paperwork issues that come up Pricing jobs accurately Essential Criteria: Strong written and verbal communication skills (email, messaging) Excellent telephone communication skills, delivering high-quality customer service through effective handling of inbound and outbound calls and building positive customer relationships Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working with time-sensitive information and deadlines Confident and approachable, with strong relationship-building skills A collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude The role requires flexibility when required, as priorities may shift quickly Preferred Criteria: Experience working with delivery documentation or invoices Familiarity with logistics or supply chain processes Benefits: Competitive salary Role specific training with dedicated on-site Learning and Development hub 33 days holidays per year Fully funded Healthcare cash plan Career progression Long service recognition Free on-site car parking Cycle to Work scheme Our Diversity and Inclusion commitments: Woodside Logistics Group is committed to having an inclusive workplace where every employee feels they belong.
