About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market-leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction, and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high-speed rail projects.
EKFB is looking to recruit a Project Controls Manager to join our team based in the Greatworth to Southam Area.
This position will manage the project controls personnel and support staff on document control as well as administrative functions.
The Project Controls Manager will develop and manage baseline schedules, monitor performance status, and generate reports to ensure project deadlines are met.
This role involves tracking project progress, evaluating project status against plans, and ensuring contractual compliance.
The Manager will oversee document control processes, produce regular progress reports, and establish policies to mitigate risks.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating progress reporting, maintaining documentation trackers, and supporting the delivery of the MIDP.

About You
* Confident IT skills with systems like MS Office, BIMXtra, CEMAR, PowerBI, ProjectWise, Primavera P6.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to analyze data and give clear directions.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
