Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:
* We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual with at least 5-6 years of experience in an IT-oriented environment. You must have a proven track record of leading and delivering complex technical projects. Key requirements include:
* Familiarity with techniques such as Agile, Lean, SDLC, and Kanban
* Experience with the product development lifecycle
* A natural ability to facilitate discussions and workshops to ensure comprehensive collaboration
* Strong skills in Data Analysis and Data Modelling
* The ability to build key client relationships and manage stakeholders
* Eligibility to drive in the UK and access to a vehicle
* The right to work in the UK, as we are currently unable to provide sponsorship for visa applications
Responsibilities:
* As a Lead Business Analyst Consultant, your role will involve working on a variety of IT and digital projects for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Defining scope, managing change, and ensuring the appropriate level of challenge is applied to business requirements
* Gathering requirements and developing "As Is" and "To Be" models
* Conducting one-on-one customer interviews and workshops
* Maintaining and creating process flow diagrams, business requirements, and project documentation
* Undertaking process and functional efficiency reviews and providing improvement recommendations
* Defining and managing business and systems requirements
* Producing progress reports
* Conducting health-checks and process reviews
* Supporting the design, testing, and implementation of new processes and systems requirements
