My Client is a family owned protective workwear and PPE supplier across the UK and are seeking to expand a successful Internal Sales team
About the Job:
4. Strengthen and grow organic revenue through a distributor network.
5. Collaborate with internal and external sales teams.
6. Maintain and develop existing customer relationships.
7. Drive seasonal campaigns and promote new products.
8. Pursue new accounts and achieve monthly sales targets.
9. Manage CRM, generate reports, process orders, and monitor backorders.
10. Report to the Head of Internal Sales Manager and collaborate with Finance and Marketing Departments.
About the Candidate:
11. Proven track record in driving organic and new sales growth through outbound calls and account management.
12. Previous sales experience in the distribution sector is advantageous.
13. Autonomous, organized, and determined work style.
14. Performance-oriented and self-motivated.
15. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
16. Creative with a passion for customer service excellence.
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Package:
18. Salary £27,000
19. Monthly and Quarterly bonus schemes uncapped
20. 23 days annual leave - increasing to 25 after 2 years and 27 after 5 years + bank holidays
