The Opportunity
Joining a highly regarded Private Client team, you’ll manage a broad and engaging caseload covering:
* Wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration (including complex taxable estates)
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Trust creation and administration
* Tax and care fee planning
You’ll work autonomously, supported by a collaborative and experienced network of colleagues across multiple offices. The role offers the freedom to shape your work, maintain client relationships built on trust, and take ownership of files from start to finish with genuine scope to progress long term.
About You
* 3+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive (STEP qualification advantageous)
* Strong technical grounding in Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* A proactive, organised approach and the ability to handle complex estates with confidence
* Someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit regional team and has a genuine connection to Sussex life
