Job Description
· Prepare monthly management accounts· Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes· P&L reviews· Balance sheet reconciliations· Data cleansing· Monitor and report on financial performance across departments· Support cost control and profitability analysis· Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools· Liaise with operational teams to understand financial drivers· Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies· Assist with yearend processes and audit preparation· Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
The Successful Applicant
· Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)· Strong analytical and Excel skills· Background using accounting software (e.g., Sage or MS Dynamics 365 desirable)· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability· Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders· Background in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting· Commercial awareness and understanding of business operations
