Responsibilities:

1. To ensure agreed food standards are maintained at all times.
2. To issue and monitor maintenance to ensure that the kitchen fabric and equipment is kept in a safe, clean and fully functional condition.
3. To monitor the quality of deliveries and take appropriate action where necessary.
4. To ensure that we comply with HACCP and health and safety procedures.
5. Ensure stock levels and ordering of food items are kept under control to minimize wastage while maintaining food GP%.
6. Ensure the Food Safety Management Procedures are followed and maintained.
7. To recruit, monitor, and train staff.
8. By analyzing market trends, change and develop menu timely and appropriately.
9. To liaise with floor staff and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth running of service.
10. To optimize profitability of the outlet and ensure that all relevant costs are controlled in line with the budget.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Level 2 in Health & Safety
2. Minimum Level 2 in HACCP
3. Food Safety Level 3
4. Strong leadership, motivational, and teamwork skills
5. Organized and excellent time management skill
6. Experience in all relevant disciplines
7. Departmental training experience
8. Experienced with various cuisine
