About the Role
As Hotel Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of Mercure Haydock Park Hotel. You’ll be responsible for:
* Developing new business opportunities and growing market share across corporate, leisure, and events sectors
* Building, maintaining, and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients
* Identifying trends and creating strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy
* Representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings
* Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a seamless guest and client experience
This is a hands-on role for someone with ambition, commercial flair, and the ability to balance strategy with execution.
