Operations and Administration Coordinator
We are seeking an Operations and Administration Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the COO, managing office operations, and assisting with HR administration.

At Onnu, our mission is to deliver substantial and scalable carbon removal. We help businesses transform their waste biomass into valuable biochar, removing carbon and reducing environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Assisting the COO with daily administrative tasks.
* Office Management: Coordinating office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility management.
* HR Administration: Scheduling interviews and managing recruitment processes.
* Policies and Procedures: Developing, implementing, and monitoring company policies and procedures.
* Compliance: Ensuring all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
* Management Systems: Implementing and maintaining management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
* Contract Management: Managing contracts with clients and vendors.
* Staff Equipment Management: Overseeing the distribution and maintenance of staff equipment.
* Client Management: Building strong relationships with clients and addressing inquiries.
Required Experience and Skills:
* Minimum 3 years in an Operations/Administrative role, preferably in the environmental or carbon project sector.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software.
