Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bobcat Operator with Skid Steer to work ongoing on a large housing site in Hemel Hempstead.
HOURLY RATE : £25.00 per hour - CIS
LOCATION : Hemel Hempstead
DATE COMMENCING : TUESDAY 27th January 2026
LENGTH OF CONTRACT : Long Term
HOURS OF WORK :
· 7:30am - 16:30pm
· Book 9 hours per day
JOB DESCRIPTION : Bobcat Driver - Skid Steer
Your duties will be to operate and drive a Bobcat with skid steer.
You must have previous experience and the correct certificates.

REQUIREMENTS : Bobcat Driver - Skid Steer
· CPCS / NPORS - Bobcat Skid Steer
· Housing experience
· PPE
PERSON SPECIFICATION : Bobcat Driver - Skid Steer
· Able to work 45 hours per week, every week
· Can communicate well with others already on site and understand directions
· Have a great work ethic
