Seeking a commercial HR Business Partner with strong transformation experience especially around divestment and integration for a global matrix organisation operating in the fintech space. As an organisation it is undergoing significant transformation and growth and is an incredibly exciting and challenging environment for a senior HR professional looking to make an impact. They are seeking a commercial, strategic Senior HR Business Partner based in London with a global remit supporting highly complex client groups with senior stakeholders in the business that the role will support. Key accountabilities for the role will be interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables from a people strategy perspective, interfacing with the broader HR team and business functions as well as centres of excellence to drive out the HR initiatives. You will ensure they are engaged appropriately to deliver the appropriate support in all areas including transformation, talent management, succession and development and leadership and working with C-Suite stakeholders to deliver critical people plans aligned to the business agenda. This is fantastic role for an individual with comprehensive HR Business Partnering experience within a global, matrix environment who has preferably supported technology or worked in technology led organisation that operates at pace with a strong change agendas.
