Client Support - Financial Services Administrator

Reporting to the Client Support Manager at our City Centre offices, you would work in a small team who support the Paraplanners and Advisers. Duties will include;
· Provide a happy, positive, and helpful contact for clients.
· Preparing for reviews, maintaining client files and collating valuation reports.
· Sending letters of authority, chasing information from providers and vetting ceding information
· Processing client applications within compliance guidelines.
· Liaising with both product providers and insurers
· Taking telephone enquiries and managing the client support inbox
· Dealing with post and general admin.
· Ad-hoc duties and requests as required from advisers
Required Skills - Financial Services Administrator
As Financial Services Administrator you will have:
· Previous Administrator experience an advantage
· Be customer focussed
· Great self-motivation
· Highly organised and able to work effectively
· Time management skills
· Ability to prioritise workload
· Good telephone manner and communication skills (verbal and written)
· Mathematical reasoning skills helpful
· Good technical knowledge of CRM systems as well as Word & Excel
· GCSE A-C in Maths and English, A levels an advantage.
· Previous work in an IFA Office an advantage but not essential
· Financial Services back office systems experience an advantage but not essential
Salary from £25,000 or higher depending on experience
